Formatta Filler

Formatta Filler is the software for filling out the electronic forms created by Formatta Designer that are distributed on the Internet. It is the only tool that lets user fill these electronic forms for free. These electronic forms are formatted as PFF [Formatta Portable Form File]. It gives an organization the flexibility of distributing and filling forms. Formatta Filler can fill these E-forms by fax, E-mail, Internet distribution via Web page, manual printing and filling [using hands], corporate LAN [local area network] and to be sent to remote users through floppy disks. You can customize Formatta Filler with your own logo. You can also customize other features including filler home button, on-line help, filler title bar, filler splash screen, introductory form, autoupdate downloads and get new certificate toolbars with your own logo instead of Formattta. Formatta Filler requires 2MB or more hard disk space, Windows NT/ME/2000/Vista/XP or Mac OS X version 10.3 or higher, SVGA/VGA color monitor with 768x1024 recommended, mouse and keyboard. Formatta Filler installation file has an approximate size of 900K that means you may use a floppy disk to distribute your forms.

Formatta Designer

Formatta Designer is one of the two end-user applications developed by Formatta. The other is Formatta Filler. Formatta Designer lets you create forms that can be distributed on the Internet. You can add special features, customize your forms, add calculations, and perform commands and encryption to your forms using this software. It provides you with tools for you to create a form that you can design and modify using the different properties such as sheet properties, action buttons, arc, barcodes, borders, checkbox, combobox, connectors, dual dimension, editbox, ellipse, freehand, highlights, lines, multi-editbox, pictures, polygons, radio buttons, StickyNotes, tables, text variables, textbox and form properties. There are 21 design tools for you to use. Each design tool will create a form of object that will be placed on your page once you select it from the Object Toolbar. You can edit the form’s properties by adding calculations and using other toolbars such as layout, page, font and zoom to modify it. You are also provided with automation tools for form options, form signing, E-forms manager and database connectivity. Formatta Designer can import PDF files and convert them to PFF [ Formatta Portable Form Files]. These are electronic form files that distribute electronic forms. PFF files can be encrypted. You can also import images from other files or a scanner.
