This is especially useful in writing an outline for a novel or a business proposal. It also assists users in outlining a presentation and summarizing concepts into bulleted points. People also use mind mapping tools to come up with creative solutions to a perplexing problem. As a thinking aide, Inspiration allows the user to either create a free-flowing map of associated thought bubbles or a structured diagram representing the sequence of steps to take when following a certain procedure. In its Outline View, the software creates a more familiar setting for users to take down notes during research and re-arrange the information into a topical outline. Meanwhile, the program also transforms the diagram or map into a finished presentation with images or videos.
