ZipSplitter is a file splitting software program developed by Litshops Software. It was specifically created for copying huge data to a floppy disk or for sending via email. When copying large files, the program splits the data into smaller parts to fit into several floppy disks. But the program reduces the size of the file first through Zip compression before dividing it into parts. ZipSplitter can also be used when sending huge data through email with size limitations. Use the program to divide the file into smaller parts, and send them as attachments in separate emails. When retrieving the file, the recipient can copy the parts to any folder. By double-clicking the last part, the first will also be restored. ZipSplitter runs on PCs with Windows 95, 98, Me, or 2000 operating system. It is downloadable from the developer’s site and requires registration.
