The Actuate e.Report Designer is a report production tool that helps create pixel-perfect, on-demand reporting documents with brochure quality for presentation. Users of this product can expect fast report design development and maintenance. It features a visual content layout, component based report development and reusable report components through referencing and sub-classing. Development of power and precision are achieved through Actuate Basic programming language, universal page layout, complete and flexible data access, flexible output format and sophisticated charting and graphing design capabilities. Reports are more personalized, interactive and actionable. The tool features options for page level security, browser scripting control, report navigability and e.Analysis. The e.Report Designer is supported on Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP Pro operating systems. Installation requires a PC using Server 2003 on Pentium III 450 or higher, a minimum of 256 RAM and at least 100 MB disk space.
