when iam useing my laptop it would freeze and cannt even use the mouse. have to wait about a couple of mintues and also it would sat google chorme not responding. Asked by henry saenz 2016/06/04 06:49 Applications

	Hi Henry, If this is only happening on Google Chrome, I would suggest you to follow the below methods and it should work for you: Method 1: Delete your cache and other browser data and check. In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu . Select More tools > Clear browsing data. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything. Click Clear browsing data. Method 2: Try to have a clean boot mode in PC and check. Log on to the computer by using an account that has administrator rights. Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box, and then press Enter to start the System Configuration utility. Note If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, you should type the password or provide confirmation. On the General tab, click the Selective startup option, and then click to clear the Load startup items check box. (The Use Original Boot.ini check box is unavailable.) On the Services tab, click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all. Click OK, and then click Restart. After the computer is restarted, you will have a clean boot environment. Then try using Google Chrome. It should work fine. Regards, Lokesh Add your comment Cancel
